RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Saber Offroad for your 4WD accessories, recovery gear, ropes, shackles, and lighting needs. We strive to provide high-quality products that enhance your off-road experience. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.

Returns

Customers have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Saber Offroad error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and a replacement item will be sent upon receipt and inspection of the damaged or defective product.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and the correct item will be sent upon receipt and inspection of the incorrect product.

For all exchanges, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain an Exchange Authorisation (EA) number. Clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package.

Saber Offroad will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.

Important Note

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of use or damage. Customised or modified products are not eligible for return or exchange. Saber Offroad reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
